They have a vacancy for a professionally qualified Project Manager / Chartered Building Surveyor with considerable work place experience. You will be self motivated as you will be managing your own projects yet you will be a team player interlinking with other departments needs. The successful candidate will have commercial property management experience and be commercially minded. You will have an understanding and possibly experience of contract protocols and of energy saving technology. You must be available to work flexible hours with possible overnight stops as the client handles property around the UK. There is an excellent package available for the right candidate.
