The position requires a Graduate with an aptitude towards sales and marketing and with a practical background. The successful candidate will have range of attributes including; being inquisitive, excellent communication skills, be a self starter, good interpersonal skills are vital as managing a small team will be part of the final remit, a clean driving licence. The applicant will be developed within the company by the current Sales and Marketing Manager with the aim to take this role over within a period of 12 - 18 months as the current incumbent will be promoted.
This interesting and challenging role will involve sales of the company’s specialist products to major blue chips with a large existing client portfolio. The starting salary for this position will be circa £20k rising to mid 20s following a satisfactory period of demonstrating competence.
