National Facilities Manager

Our Norfolk based client operates properties around the UK as part of their educational programme. Continued success and expansion has created the need for a National Facilities Manager to be based in Norfolk to control the property portfolio. The role will also encompass management of a planned 2m refurbishment programme with an additional 800,000 new build. You will manage a team of twenty-five maintenance personnel around the UK to ensure that all facilities and equipment is maintained to exacting standards. With properties spread from Scotland to the Isle of Wight and plans to move into France and Spain there will be a need for considerable travel. The successful candidate will have a full facilities management background and be used to operating in a similar environment. It is possible that you will have a surveying background and you will certainly be very familiar with all aspects of health and safety and risk assessment. There is an excellent package available including a basic salary of around 35,000 per annum plus a car and other benefits.
