Operations Director required to join the board of a major national education establishment based in Norfolk but operating from centres throughout the UK. The company has ambitious and achievable plans to treble the size of the operation within five years and are looking for an Operations Director with the vision to be able to contribute fully to this planned success. You will be responsible for delivery of the educational product for students at the UK centres working through and motivating teams controlling HR, Catering, Training, Health and Safety, Centre Management indeed all operational aspects of this dynamic business. You will have a proven track record of operating in a similar environment at a similar level and will also be capable of managing all operational procedures and systems to ensure that every student has a fulfilling, enjoyable and safe experience. Achieving these aims in a multi-site environment will require super human communications and motivational skills as well as a comfortable ease with a multi-skilled team. This is not a role for the faint hearted or someone without the full and tested skill set. In return for bringing your talents to this exciting project you will expect a basic salary of around £60,000 per annum together with a benefits package that befits such a position.
