Business Process Analyst - £35k + car etc

Our client is a major provider of training to the construction industry. They have a vacancy for a Process Analyst to work in North Norfolk. Reporting to the Finance Manager the position carries an annual salary of £35,000 and is to support business objectives in implementing £1.5m of savings by performing Business Analyst work to support the Process Mapping forum in the achievement of its Action Plan. The successful candidate will have a proven business project management track record and will also have a strong accountancy background. The jobs involve providing support to the 9 Business Area Groups in the form of (amongst others): analysis and evaluation skills; data collection techniques; recording methods; compliance with the corporate strategy; ensuring that a holistic approach is adopted; identification of best practices plus assistance with the implementation of change. You will be required to help Business Area Groups to document existing and proposed processes; review priorities and requirements; assess practicality of suggestions; identify interactions between business areas. You will also assist in the conversion of initial ideas into proposals for changes to business processes by negotiating with all stakeholders in a process; agreeing the best approach; documenting the outcome. You will liaise with IS, Management Accounts and other departments to ensure that: full account is taken of their stakeholding in specific processes and systems; suggested changes arising from process mapping are fed back into other routes for change e.g. system specification and development. You absolutely must be prepared to work in North West Norfolk and travel around the UK as necessary. The base salary is to £35,000 per annum plus a car, final salary pension scheme, meals provided while on-site, on-site gym and swimming pool.
